for the post of Assistant Manager- Human Resources.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferably in business administration with specialization in HRM.
• At least four years of work experience as HR- Generalist.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate & update the Human Resource policies and procedures in liaison with corporate strategy.
• Carry out annual Human Resources Planning exercise to finalize the Human Resource budgeting.
• Responsible for Recruitment and Selection procedures in order to fulfill the human resource requirements in the Company.
• Handle performance evaluations in order to identify, develop, reward and retain talent within the organization.
• Identify organization wide training needs & prepare the reports based on performance evaluation results.
• Design, update & maintain employee compensation and benefit structures.
• Work on different organization wide change & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with various labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
