URGENTLY REQUIRED – BUYER COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS(Asst Manager)-MNC PHARMA (Karachi)

A renowned Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, Pakistan requires Buyer Commercial Operations. Incumbent should have complete knowledge of all Purchasing parameters, documentations, systems and procedures.

Candidate must be responsible for:

·Explore available technology and implement best practices related to purchasing activities.

·Strengthening procurement area of purchasing. Introduce it in the company and strongly liaison with Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Plant.

·Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance.

·Maintain up to date supply base information database.

·Maintaining competitive pricing.

·Leading yearly cost reductions activities.

·Assure all items brokered have proper paperwork and documentation.

·Negotiating long term agreements.

Skills

·Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.

·Ability to think strategically.

·Ability to work closely with other departments within the organization

·Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.

·Strong analytical skills.

·Well versed in MS Excel & Word

·Effective communication & Presentation

Qualifications & Experience: MBA(Supply Chain) with minimum 3-5 years of hands on experience in purchase in any well reputed Pharmaceutical Companies preferably in Indirect Procurement
