URGENTLY REQUIRED

– IMPORT MANAGER-MNC PHARMA(Karachi)

A renowned Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, Pakistan requires Import Manager. Incumbent should have complete knowledge of all Imports/customs systems and procedures.

Candidate must be responsible for:

·Procurement of direct materials from intercompany sources as per business requirements

·Procurement of indirect materials as per business / manufacturing requirements

·Processing and finalization of necessary Import’s documentation / formalities

·Evaluation of duties, taxes, freight and other charges to business groups for costing approvals

·Coordination with banks for issuance of credit instruments and documentation processing related to imports / exports

·Sound knowledge of all the related SRO’s, custom law and structure of custom duties.

·Coordination with clearing agents for customs clearance through effective utilization of SRO’s and other benefits extended by FBR

·Coordination with other service providers for scheduling, expediting and tracking of shipments

·Coordination with insurance companies for coverage of marine shipments and local dispatches

·Coordination with finance for receipt and submission of bills of all service providers

·Time Management, Organized and Effective

Qualifications & Experience: MBA(Supply Chain) from well reputed University. with at least 5 years hands on experience in the well reputed Pharmaceutical Companies.
